Some people find their way into financial services through a deliberate plan. Mine started with an internship in Tampa in 2011 and a willingness to figure things out as I went. That first role at an independent RIA firm taught me more than any classroom could. I learned how a well-run office operates, how clients actually experience a firm from the inside, and what it takes to keep things moving when five partners are counting on you to stay a step ahead. By the time I earned my Series 7 and Series 63, I had already been doing the work for years.

I joined the founding team at KASE Wealth Advisors in 2014, and this firm has been my professional home ever since. What I do here is hard to capture in a job title. I keep the office running, yes, but more importantly, I keep the client experience intact. Account openings, transfers, reporting, document preparation, day-to-day service requests. I handle the details so that nothing falls through the cracks and no client ever feels like an afterthought.

Life outside the office is just as full. My husband Randy and I have three sons and a grandchild who has already rearranged our priorities in the best possible way. Most weekends you will find us at a baseball field, out at our River Ranch cabin, or taking the side-by-sides out on the trails. I also do CrossFit, which I am convinced makes me better at everything else I do.

I take this work seriously because the people on the other end of it deserve that.
